Upon confirming a training session, full payment is required to secure your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full Refund: If you cancel with a minimum of 6 weeks' notice prior to the scheduled training, you are entitled to a full refund.
Rescheduling Option: Cancellations made with 4 weeks' notice or less, do not qualify for a refund; however, we offer the flexibility to reschedule to a more convenient date.
Within 4 Weeks: For cancellations with less than 4 weeks' notice, we strongly recommend that you have an appropriate insurance policy in place. At this stage, we are unable to issue a refund due to the late notice.
